Job Description

Arrk Celebrations: bespoke luxury gifting specializing in customized solutions—gourmet treats, tailored packaging, and corporate bulk gifts. We seek a Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver professional development workshops for clients and internal teams. Contractual (24 months), in-person role. Pay: ₹11,410.13–₹34,940.51/month. Responsibilities include creating tailored curricula, facilitating interactive sessions, assessing learner progress, and collaborating with account teams to align training with client branding. Requirements: 3+ years training experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptability, and proven experience with corporate audiences.
