Job Description
Digital Mitro Private Limited seeks a Customer Support Executive (Night Shift) to engage with business owners via phone and email, explain services, onboard clients, and maintain relationships. Responsibilities include professional handling of calls and emails, resolving queries, and coordinating with senior team members. Requirements: H.S. pass or above (English medium mandatory), excellent English communication, 6–12 months experience in website processes preferred; freshers and immediate joiners welcome. Shift: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday (Saturday & Sunday off). Full-time permanent, in-person role. Salary: ₹12,00–₹25,00 per month.
