Job Description
Al Taza, a family-owned Lebanese restaurant established in 2019, seeks enthusiastic Customer Relation Executives for IVR telecalling. You will make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, explain products, generate leads, set appointments, update customer records, follow up to convert sales, resolve complaints, and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. Night shift: 5 PM to 12:30 AM. Full-time, on-site role with pay ₹15,00–₹18,00/month and health insurance. Join a growing chain known for fresh, hygienic Lebanese and fusion dishes across Kerala and Bangalore. Strong communication, polite demeanor, and basic computer skills required.
