Job Description
The Production Planning & Control Specialist coordinates production schedules, forecasts demand, and manages material requirements to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities include developing MRP/ERP schedules, liaising with procurement and production teams, monitoring capacity and lead times, analyzing production KPIs, and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and costs. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or supply chain, 3+ years in production planning, strong Excel and ERP skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication to work across departments.
