You will be the first point of contact: troubleshoot issues, determine solutions, maintain CRM records, escalate unresolved cases, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to enhance the customer experience. Candidates should have proven customer service experience, excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, patience, and attention to detail. High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred. Tamil and English proficiency preferred. Salary: ₹12,00–₹25,00 per month. On-site role.
