Job Description
We are hiring a Commis Chef – Tandoor to join our kitchen team, preparing authentic tandoori dishes and assisting the Head Chef in daily operations.
Prepare and marinate meats, manage tandoor oven, maintain hygiene, portioning, stock rotation, and assist in plating.
Minimum 1 year in tandoor or Indian kitchen, knowledge of spices, ability to work under pressure, team player, flexible hours. Competitive salary and training provided.
