Job Description

As a Clinical Data Coder 1 you will translate medical records into standardized codes (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED), verify source documents, correct discrepancies, and support data quality for clinical studies or billing. The role requires basic knowledge of medical terminology and coding principles, familiarity with electronic health records and coding software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Recent graduates with a diploma or certificate in Health Information Management or equivalent and 0–2 years’ coding experience are encouraged to apply. Good communication and confidentiality are essential.
