Job Description
The Retail Sales Executive at The Sleep Company delivers outstanding customer service, achieves sales targets, and maintains store standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating product features and pricing, upselling and cross-selling, processing cash/card/digital payments, maintaining displays and stock, resolving queries and complaints, following SOPs and grooming standards, and supporting promotions and team coordination. Required skills: strong communication, customer focus, sales and negotiation, basic POS/computer knowledge, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Full-time role based in Calicut, Kerala; 3 years retail experience required. Pay ₹20,00–₹30,00/month with health insurance, provident fund, and leave encashment.
