Job Description
HRQuadrant is hiring a Branch Relationship Executive – Life Insurance (Banca Channel) for Trivandrum, Kochi, Kottayam, and Thrissur (Kerala candidates only). Salary: ₹24,00–₹35,00/month. Full-time, permanent. Responsibilities: generate life insurance leads at assigned bank branches, build relationships with bank staff, advise customers on suitable life products, achieve sales targets, and assist with basic policy queries. Requirements: minimum 1 year sales experience, graduate degree required; BFSI/NBFC/insurance sales preferred. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset. Benefit: Provident Fund. Work location: in person at partner bank branches. Apply with an updated resume.
