Job Description

Dental Affection is hiring a full-time Call Centre Agent for our dental clinic. Candidates must be very fluent in spoken English, have strong problem-solving skills, and answer patient queries clearly and precisely. Responsibilities include professional, patient-friendly communication, efficient call handling, and ensuring proper call closure. This is a 1-year on-site contract (clinic premises only) with shifts 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Salary ₹20,00–₹30,00 per month. Permanent placement possible.
