Join ASSPL as a Transportation Specialist supporting Amazon Shipping. Serve as the primary interface between Amazon, sellers, and delivery partners; troubleshoot delivery partner and seller issues; escalate sensitive cases; and propose process improvements. Key duties include clear professional communication, prompt support to partners and sellers, strong time-management, meeting performance metrics, and using logical analysis to identify trends. Basic qualification: graduation. Preferred: Excel skills.
