Job Description

HRQuadrant is hiring a full-time Banking Relationship Officer in Kerala. Salary package ₹34,00/month (pay ₹22,00–₹30,00) with provident fund. Candidates must be Kerala residents, graduates, under 36 years, and have at least 1 year of sales experience. Responsibilities include building relationships with bank staff and customers, selling life insurance and financial products through branches, generating leads via bank referrals, meeting monthly sales targets, handling policy queries, ensuring documentation and compliance, and attending training and sales meetings. Work is in person.
