Job Description

Sunrise Hospital seeks a Front Office Executive. Any Degree required with at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities: warmly greet and assist patients and visitors; handle patient registration and billing; coordinate with doctors, nursing and other departments for smooth OPD flow; follow appointment schedules and collate doctor adherence data; collect feedback and assist patients with mobility or special needs; maintain front desk and waiting area cleanliness and patient confidentiality; direct patients to the appropriate doctor. Full-time, in-person role. Salary up to ₹25,00/month. Benefits include paid sick time.
