Job Description
IPCS Global seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to guide students on program selection, admissions, and career paths. You will handle inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online), assess student needs, recommend courses, track leads in CRM, follow up to secure enrollments, and collaborate with marketing for events. This target-driven role requires 1–3 years’ experience in counseling or educational sales, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Work is in person; salary ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Candidates must ensure high student satisfaction and maintain accurate admission records.
