Job Description
Intellihealth Solutions Pvt Ltd | Truemeds seeks an Operations Supervisor in Kolkata. Full-time, on-roll role for candidates with 2–4 years’ experience in outbound warehouse operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities include supervising daily dispatches, manpower allocation, stock movement coordination, packaging, labeling and loading oversight, billing support, and preparing MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). Candidate should hold a graduate degree, demonstrate leadership, problem-solving and strong Excel skills, and ensure safety and compliance. Salary ₹24,00–₹26,00/month (inclusive of PF and paid leave). Opportunities for career growth within pharmaceutical logistics are offered.
