Job Description
BRL Tech in Bavdhan, Pune seeks a Junior CRM Implementation Coordinator to support CRM rollouts for business clients. You will assist in CRM configuration, join client meetings, document requirements and MoMs, share progress updates, coordinate internal teams to resolve queries, monitor adoption, collect feedback and provide post-go-live support. Ideal candidates are graduates or freshers (0–1 year) with strong communication, follow-up discipline, documentation and coordination skills, comfortable with Excel/Sheets and email/WhatsApp, and willing to learn CRM concepts (training provided). Full-time, in-person role. Annual pay ₹160,00–₹200,00.
