Job Description
We seek an experienced, enthusiastic International Voice Process Executive to manage inbound/outbound calls for global clients. Responsibilities: resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, update CRM, follow quality and call protocols, escalate issues, and meet performance targets. Required: excellent spoken and written English, strong listening and problem-solving skills, basic computer and CRM experience, and willingness to work night/rotational shifts. Any Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience; 1+ year in US/UK/Australian voice processes or BPO preferred. Full-time, permanent, on-site role. Salary ₹20,00–₹35,00/month depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, and provident fund.
