Job Description
We seek energetic recruiters in Gurgaon (Sector 30) to manage high-volume and walk-in hiring for BPO roles. Requirements: 6–12 months recruitment experience, strong bulk/BPO hiring background, walk-in hiring exposure, and excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking. Responsibilities include running bulk hiring drives, screening and interviewing walk-in candidates, end-to-end recruitment, maintaining candidate pipelines, meeting daily/weekly targets, and ensuring timely closures with a positive candidate experience. Full-time, in-person role. Pay: ₹20,00–₹37,00/month. Expected start: 18/12/2025.
