Job Description
As a Student Counselor Trainee, you will guide students on career and university choices, advise on course selection, document requirements, and assist with education loans and financial aid. Monitor student progress, identify strengths and weaknesses, intervene on academic or behavioral issues, and connect students to resources and tutors. Demonstrate understanding of institutional policies and recommend suitable programs, countries, and universities. Required skills: communication, counseling, sales aptitude, quick learning, Malayalam, and academic advising. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹7,00–₹12,00/month. Benefits: paid sick time and paid time off. Work location: in person in Changanacheri, Kerala (reliable commute or relocation preferred).
