Job Description
We seek enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Medical Operations team. You will support daily coordination with doctors, hospitals and patients; maintain accurate medical records; process medical cases and claims; handle basic queries via phone, email or portal; and ensure timely task closure while upholding confidentiality. Required: Bachelor’s degree, good verbal and written communication, basic medical terminology (training provided), MS Office skills, multitasking and attention to detail. Full-time, permanent, in-person role with rotational day/afternoon shifts. Salary: ₹15,00–₹17,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, meals, leave encashment, paid sick leave, paid time off and occasional work-from-home options.
