myG Future is hiring a full-time Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Ernakulam Marine Drive office. You will manage phone, email and chat inquiries, welcome visitors, maintain CRM interaction logs, and follow up to ensure resolution with empathy and professionalism. Candidates should have 0–2 years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a customer-first attitude. Benefits include competitive salary with incentives and health insurance. Pay starts from ₹16,500 per month.
