Job Description

Nation Defence Academy seeks a Retired Defence Officer for the Military School in Pailon, Joka, Kolkata, West Bengal. This full-time position involves training UPSC-NDA aspirants in General Knowledge, SSB coaching and physical training, and leading the administration as Head of Admin. Monthly pay: ₹35,00–₹80,00, with leave encashment. In-person role requiring leadership, instructional experience and strong administrative skills. Candidates with a retired defence background and prior NDA preparation experience are preferred.
