Job Description

We seek a Reservation Executive with minimum 3 years’ experience in hotels and resorts to manage bookings, guest enquiries, and front-office coordination. This is a full-time, in-person role at our luxury resort in Munnar. Monthly pay ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹20,00. Key duties include operating reservation systems, confirming arrivals, upselling packages, liaising with housekeeping and F&B, and delivering exceptional guest service. Strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with reservation software are required.
