Job Description
Flora Hospitality Group seeks enthusiastic Guest Service Agents for F&B Service at our luxury resort in Wayanad. Full-time permanent role requiring at least 1 year of F&B experience; Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hotel/F&B Management preferred. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking and relaying accurate orders, table setup, serving food and beverages, upselling, maintaining clean settings, attending briefings, handling bills and payments, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences. Strong English communication and a service-oriented attitude are essential. Salary ₹17,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits include meals, health insurance, provident fund, paid time off and sick leave. On-site work at the resort.
