Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Procurement professional to manage material purchases ensuring purchase cost remains below budget, monitor Budgeted Cost vs Purchase Cost, and ensure on-time material availability. Responsibilities include PR-to-PO processing, SLA compliance for deliveries, purchase planning, procurement-process compliance, METS and Tally entries, releasing PO/WO within one day, creating item codes, maintaining DC/MIR/GRN/WIR/vendor bills/test & warranty certificates, bill certification, vendor negotiations for cost savings and delivery, vendor registration, maintaining PO/material trackers, identifying alternate vendors, and supporting other functions. Full-time, permanent role; benefits: health insurance and provident fund; work location: in person.
