Job Description

We are hiring an Equity Dealer (Full-time, Permanent) at Acumen Capital Market India Limited. Freshers are welcome; male and female candidates may apply. Hindi speaking is compulsory; proficiency in English is required. Fixed salary plus incentive (₹220,00–₹270,00 per year) with Provident Fund. Responsibilities include market research and analysis, risk monitoring, executing and monitoring client trades, portfolio tracking, client relationship management, cross-selling and franchise acquisition, ensuring compliance and documentation, and improving back-office functions. Qualification: MBA or Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Performance target: achieve 3X monthly salary. Work location: in person.
