Job Description
Join our team as Deputy General Manager, RCM Operations. You will lead revenue cycle management activities, oversee billing, coding, claims and denial management, and drive team performance to optimize cash flow and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, implementing process improvements, managing budgets, and coordinating with clinical and IT stakeholders. Candidates should have 8+ years in RCM or healthcare operations, proven leadership, strong analytical skills, knowledge of payer rules, and experience with EMR/billing systems.
