Job Description
A Workshop Associate / Production Supervisor responsible for smooth daily operations of our design house workshop. Duties include monitoring workshop hours, supervising labour presence and productivity, maintaining accurate attendance records, performing basic payroll calculations and distributions, coordinating labour needs with management, enforcing discipline and workflow, and keeping the workspace organized and clean. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, prior workshop experience and basic payroll knowledge are preferred. Full-time, on-site role. Pay: ₹10,00–₹15,00 per month.
