Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of customer service management solutions. You will define product vision, prioritize backlog, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, and ensure successful releases. Required: 3+ years as Product Owner or similar, deep ServiceNow CSM experience, understanding of ITSM/CSM processes, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and proven stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, user story creation, acceptance criteria, QA oversight, and tracking success metrics.
