Job Description
Responsible for supervising front and back operations: guest service, upselling food & beverages, order taking, inventory control, stock requisition, shift organization, and FOH/BOH coordination. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety compliance, functioning equipment, product quality, display standards, daily product updates, cash deposits, and onboarding formalities. Respond efficiently to customer complaints, maintain consistent guest experience, and foster a positive team culture. Requirements: Hotel Management diploma/degree mandatory, strong communication skills, age 19–30. Salary: ₹240,00–₹320,00 per year. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Benefits: health & life insurance, provident fund, paid time off, paid sick leave, and leave encashment. Work location: In person.
