Job Description

The Outbound Supervisor oversees daily outbound warehouse operations, leading a team to ensure accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance coaching, inventory checks, quality control, and coordinating with transport partners to meet KPIs. Candidate should have 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or distribution, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, familiarity with WMS and safety regulations, and ability to work in shifts.
