Job Description

We are seeking a Payments Reconciliation Specialist to reconcile daily payment transactions, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate ledger records. You will investigate variances with banks and payment gateways, post adjustments, and prepare regular reconciliation reports. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, and 1–2 years of payments or finance experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and tight deadlines are required.
