Job Description

MyOS Assistance provides user-focused support for the MyOS platform: troubleshoot installation and updates, resolve account and performance issues, guide users through features, document solutions, and escalate complex bugs to engineering. You will manage tickets, maintain the knowledge base, and deliver clear, patient communication across channels. Requirements: strong communication, basic operating-system and troubleshooting skills, customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Prior support experience or certification is a plus. This role may include shift work and remote collaboration.
