Location: Kolkata. Dept: Influencer Management. Staff role to lead influencer-driven BD across Central Kolkata: scout/segment electricians & contractors, coordinate with the Influencer Mgmt Head, ensure BD teams follow beat plans & BTL activations, monitor influencer NPS, administer timely benefits, boost field marketing ROI, drive lead conversion & premiumization, review zonal BD/sales, consolidate digital feedback, and maintain influencer relationships. Authority to approve beat plans and gift allocation; own influencer plan implementation.
