Job Description
We seek a proactive Service Marketing Executive to drive workshop business through service follow-ups, customer engagement, and lost-customer reactivation. Responsibilities: contact customers for due/missed services, schedule next-day appointments, promote Value Added Services, resolve queries with CRM/Works Manager, analyze lost-customer cases and execute reacquisition plans, and update customer data. Requirements: Graduate/diploma/+2, 0–2 years experience; strong customer-handling and tele-sales skills; disciplined follow-up and process adherence; basic knowledge of automobile service operations preferred. Industry experience in 2-wheeler automotive, KPO/call center, finance/insurance, retail or real estate is an advantage. Full-time, permanent; Salary ₹120,00–₹144,00/year with benefits.
