Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Process Expert for International Insurance Operations (Life, Pensions, Annuities). Location: Chennai (Pune – Sahyadri Park). 1+ years in international insurance and strong English communication required. You will handle rule-based transactions, accurate data entry, and email communication with clients/end customers while meeting daily volume and turnaround targets. Key duties include clearing daily inventory, sharing process updates, learning sub-processes, highlighting SOP gaps, and understanding insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing. Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce. Function: Business Process Services. Role: Process Expert.
