Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Actions Analyst to manage lifecycle events for equities and fixed income instruments. The role involves processing corporate actions, ensuring timely settlements, reconciling records, liaising with custodians and internal teams, monitoring event entitlements, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should have 2+ years in securities operations or corporate actions, strong Excel skills, knowledge of market conventions, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines, analyze complex event scenarios, and support process improvements is essential. Familiarity with SWIFT, DTCC, or local clearing systems is an advantage.
