We are seeking a Human Capital and Insurance Operations Associate to manage HR processes and insurance administration. You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and benefits enrollment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include processing insurance claims, liaising with providers, maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, and improving operational workflows. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, 1–3 years experience in HR or insurance operations, proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information is essential.
