Job Description
We seek a Demi Chef de Partie to supervise an assigned station in our Indian outlet kitchen, ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes and supporting the outlet’s concept and Hyatt International standards. You will manage section prep, plating and team coordination while delivering courteous, professional and flexible service. Candidates should have basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health & safety standards, strong guest-relations skills, and experience with Indian cuisine techniques and spices.
