Job Description
We seek a proactive Associate Academy Operations to schedule and monitor demo classes, onboard part-time teachers, coordinate across time zones, maintain trackers/reports, escalate and resolve issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s (freshers 0–3 yrs welcome), strong communication/coordination, basic Excel/Google Sheets, multitasking. Full-time, in-person at HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bangalore. Shift 10 PM–7 AM, six days/week. Salary ₹300,00–₹400,00/yr. Benefits: life insurance and provident fund. Applicants must answer laptop access, office availability, earliest join date, last CTC, and communication/coordination rating.
