Job Description
Epoch Elder Care in Pune seeks an Engagement Coordinator to welcome and support new residents. The role requires proactive relationship-building, creating dementia and non-dementia activity schedules, collaborating with the Facility Manager and HCAs to design personalized activity plans, accompanying non-dementia residents, planning outings, leading all activities and engagement plans, coordinating with activity SPOCs, assisting pre-move-in processes, providing personalized orientation, and maintaining daily interactions with residents for at least the first 30 days. Experience in elder care or activities coordination preferred; mandatory minimum qualification: relevant diploma or certification. Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential.
