Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Reservations Executive to manage bookings, guest enquiries, and reservation systems. You will handle phone, email and online reservations, ensure accuracy of guest information, coordinate room allocation, process payments, and resolve client issues promptly. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and experience with PMS or reservation software. Minimum 1–2 years in hospitality or travel reservations preferred. Must be customer-focused, organized, and able to work flexible shifts. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
