Job Description
We seek a professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage front-desk operations: greeting visitors, handling calls, courier and meeting-room coordination, office upkeep and supervising housekeeping. Provide administrative support including AMC tracking, IT coordination, stationery procurement, vendor management, event assistance, recruitment scheduling, onboarding, attendance records and general reporting. Require strong communication, MS Office skills, organization, multitasking, professional appearance and 2+ years preferred. Full-time permanent, in-person role. Salary ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment and Provident Fund.
