Job Description
Join Learnix as a Telesales Executive (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) to drive sales for our travel backpack brand. Handle outbound calls and inbound enquiries, convert leads to confirmed orders, meet monthly targets, maintain CRM logs, upsell and cross-sell, and coordinate with operations and customer support. Require strong communication, negotiation, follow-up skills, and basic computer/CRM/Excel knowledge. Fluent English required; Hindi preferred. Full-time, permanent, in-person role with fixed salary + high sales incentives, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities. Pay: ₹12,00–₹18,00 per month.
