Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Interior Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate cost estimates from design plans and specifications. Responsibilities include developing and managing project budgets, square-foot calculations, drawing analysis, client consultations, approving final estimates, and advising on cost-saving materials and maintenance. Candidate should have minimum 1 year interior QS experience, B.Tech in Civil / BSc Interior Design / Diploma, strong AutoCAD, MS Office and Windows skills, analytical thinking, planning ability, and good communication. Full-time role; salary ₹10,00–₹18,00/month. Benefits: paid sick time and paid time off. Work location: in person. English required.
