Job Description
Join Skinfinity Derma Skin Hair and Laser Clinic as a Healthcare Tele-Counselor in Gurgaon (Sector 28). Full-time, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Handle inbound calls, provide expert skin, hair and laser counseling, maintain professional call etiquette and client confidentiality, schedule consultations, and achieve performance targets. Required: minimum 2 years in healthcare or skin clinic tele-counseling, strong spoken English, familiarity with MS Excel/Word and CRM, high emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently and in a team. Salary ₹20,00–35,00/month. Benefits include food provided and health insurance. On-site role.
