Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in menu development, kitchen operations, staff training, and quality control. Responsibilities include overseeing daily food prep, ensuring food safety and cost control, managing inventory, scheduling, and stepping in during service. Candidate must have at least 5 years’ fine-dining experience, strong leadership, culinary degree or equivalent, excellent knowledge of recipes, sanitation rules, and ability to work under pressure.
