You will provide consistent administrative support to internal customers, assisting the Materials Manager to ensure smooth, efficient Materials Department operations. Responsibilities include receiving, storing and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating purchasing and deliveries, and supporting stock control procedures. Candidates should have basic knowledge of purchasing, receiving and store management; an accounting background is preferable. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills is required. Strong organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential to meet department objectives and deliver reliable storekeeping services.
