Job Description
Rihash Enterprises seeks a Customer Service Executive (Night Shift). Handle inbound calls for queries, complaints and support; resolve issues promptly and escalate unresolved cases. Requirements: excellent English communication, basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM, data entry), polite, patient customer-first attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, in-person role with 5-day workweek. Perks: cab/bus facility during odd hours, health insurance, paid sick leave and Provident Fund. Salary: ₹23,00–₹30,00 per month.
