Job Description
Join our team as a System Technician II responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and end-point systems. You will perform routine hardware and software upgrades, monitor system performance, implement security patches, and assist in backup and disaster recovery. Collaborate with engineers to document procedures and support user incidents. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent technical certification, 2+ years experience in system administration, working knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking fundamentals, virtualization, and scripting basics.
